• Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the MD and Board of Directors (BOD).
• Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents
• Organize, maintain, and ensure proper filing of confidential documents and records
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and business travel arrangements for BOD
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
• Handle phone calls, emails, and messages in a professional and timely manner
• Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
• Maintain and regularly update contact lists, calendars, and internal records
• Support daily administrative operations and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management
