Key Responsibilities

• Perform Data Entry of all office activities, meeting minutes, and operational reports into a Digital Database (MS Excel / Google Sheets / ERP / Custom Software).
• Digitally record the instructions and decisions of the CEO, MD, and Directors using a Tracking System, categorizing their status as Pending, Approved, or In Progress.
• Analyze entered data, create graphs, charts, and dashboards, and present Management Reports.
• Verify data accuracy, remove duplicate records, and perform data quality control.
• Scan paper-based records and convert them into a digital archive for storage.
• Maintain all data in accordance with backup and security policies.

Location : Yangon/Nay Pyi Taw

Education

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a Business-related field (B.Sc / B.E / B.B.A / B.Com).
• Diploma / Certificate in Computer Application or completed courses in Data Entry and Data Management will be given priority.

Skills & Experience

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel — including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, and Formulas.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Google Workspace (Docs / Sheets / Drive).
• Basic knowledge of Database Management (Access / SQL / ERP Systems) will be given priority.
• Typing speed of at least 30–40 WPM with minimal errors.
• Familiarity with Data Analysis tools (Excel / Google Data Studio / Power BI at a basic level) will be given priority.
• Understanding of Digital Filing, Cloud Storage, and basic Data Security.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.
