An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Manage all export and import operations for raw materials, packaging, machinery, and finished goods.
Ensure timely customs clearance and smooth shipment process.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and government authorities.
Prepare and review shipping documents such as Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, Import/Export License, etc.
Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations.
Monitor shipment schedules and solve delays or logistics issues.
Control freight cost, duty, tax, and logistics expenses.
Work closely with Procurement, Warehouse, Production, and Finance departments.
Maintain proper records of all import/export transactions.
Manage supplier and overseas customer communication professionally.
Stay updated on trade laws, customs procedures, and market trends.
Lead and supervise the Export/Import team.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Export/Import operations.
At least 2 years in managerial level preferred.
Experience in Food & Beverage industry is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of customs regulations and shipping procedures.
Good understanding of import/export documentation.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Leadership and team management skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Computer literacy (Excel, ERP system, Email).
Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
