  • Conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies
  • Prepare sales, inventory, and operational reports
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance
  • Train and develop team members to improve productivity and service quality
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and store security standards

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
