  • Ensure compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and documentation requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments for timely deliveries.
  • Maintain and monitor shipping schedules, invoices, and records.
  • Resolve shipping or documentation issues and delays efficiently.
  • Continuously review and improve import/export processes for efficiency.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in import/export FMCG, Agricultural and Alcohol Materials.
  • Strong understanding of customs procedures and trade regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software (e.g., ERP, SAP).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational ability
