We are seeking an experienced Fleet Operations Executive (Management Level) to lead and optimize end-to-end fleet operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, operational efficiency, cost control, regulatory compliance, and team leadership to ensure safe and efficient fleet operations aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize overall fleet operations
• Lead and supervise fleet supervisors, dispatchers, and drivers
• Ensure timely preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance with minimal downtime
• Prepare and manage fleet budgets, including fuel, maintenance, and operating costs
• Monitor KPIs such as vehicle utilization, uptime, fuel efficiency, and turnaround time
• Ensure compliance with transport laws, safety standards, and company policies
• Manage vendors, service providers, and coordination with regulatory authorities
• Implement and monitor fleet management systems, GPS, telematics, and SOPs
• Drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  MBA or Diploma in Operations / Supply Chain Management (preferred)
• Proven work experience in the fields of Logistics Management/Fleet & Transportation or similar role.
• Knowledge of supply chain management.
• Familiarity with logistics software/vehicle management system.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise and train staff.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• English literate & Computer literate.
