  • Develop, coordinate, and spearhead ongoing factory operations to ensure smooth and effective production of carbonated soft drinks.
  • Monitor productivity in the production line, machine maintenance schedule, and product quality.
  • Help the engineering team optimize the production process as well as minimize downtime.
  • Help the marketing and sales team align the production with market demand.
  • Scan reports of production and KPIs to improve performance, minimize cost, and maximize profitability.
  • Coordinate planning for raw materials, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
  • Manage and coordinate factory staff, assign work, train, and ensure a safe and efficient working condition.
  • Establish and implement food quality, safety, and health standards.
  • Assist the management in production and market expansion planning and execution.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial engineering prefer.
  • 5 years of working experience in factory/manufacturing setup, preferably in the beverage or FMCG sector.
  • Factory operations, production planning, and team leadership experience.
  • Sales operations and cross-functional with sales/marketing teams experience.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and factory-based general software skills.
  • Pressure-working ability to manage more than one responsibility.
  • Myanmar and English strong communication skills.
  • Lean production or process improvement methodology experience as a plus.
