Ensure all farm operations are carried out in compliance with established agronomic SOPs and company policies for corn and rice production.
Monitor field operations, identify operational issues, implement corrective actions, and escalate critical issues when necessary.
Communicate production plans and coordinate work with subordinate teams, including Irrigation, Agricultural Machinery, and Field Management.
Prepare weekly operational reports and monitor progress against production plans.
Plan and request farm materials, consumables, and equipment, and monitor inventory levels to support operations.
Analyze manpower requirements, allocate workforce effectively, and supervise department employees to ensure efficient operations.
