To assist the Aviation Security Manager in overseeing all security operations, ensuring full compliance with national and international aviation security regulations (DCA, IATA). The role requires a strong leader capable of managing teams, conducting investigations, and maintaining the highest safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Support: Assist the Aviation Security Manager in the daily oversight of all aviation security activities, including passenger screening, access control, and airside security.

Supervision & Compliance: Supervise security personnel to ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), DCA regulations, and IATA standards.

Coordination: Liaise effectively with regulatory authorities (e.g., DCA, Aviation Police, Immigration, Customs) and internal departments to ensure seamless security operations.

Investigations & Audits: Lead internal investigations into security incidents or breaches. Support and facilitate internal and external security audits and inspections.

Training & Development: Assist in developing and conducting aviation security training programs and refresher courses for staff.

Risk Management: Support the continuous improvement of threat assessment and risk management strategies to mitigate potential security threats.

Education: Must be a University Graduate.

Gender: Male.

Age: Under 45 years. (Note: Age exemption will be granted to applicants with extensive relevant experience in the field).

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of working experience. Candidates with a background in the Armed Forces / Police or direct experience in the Aviation Industry are highly preferred.

Health: Must have good mental and physical health and be able to pass a basic company medical examination.

Language: Must be fluent in both spoken and written English and Myanmar.
