ROLE PURPOSE

Yoma Bank’s Treasury and Financial Institutions Department is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Officer. This role ensures smooth facilitation of crossborder transactions, supports strategic initiatives, and strengthens the bank’s global network in alignment with compliance, operational, and business objectives. The selected candidate will support and assist the Manager and senior leadership in the day-to-day management, maintenance, and development of service relationships with our financial institution partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist in preparing FI KYC/CDD documentation, including onboarding requirements, duediligence questionnaires, and sanctionscreening materials, ensuring all submissions comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
2. Support the accountopening process with both local and international financial institutions by coordinating documentation, approvals, and communication.
3. Prepare, organize, and maintain FI-related paperwork and bank documents, ensuring records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
4. Liaise with internal stakeholders, including the International Banking Department, Corporate Banking Department, and FX Solutions Team—to support their daily business inquiries and requirements related to FI partners.
5. Arrange and coordinate courtesy meetings with local and foreign banks on a regular basis, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institution partners, supporting the development of new collaborations while managing assigned existing FI accounts.
7. Perform other ad-hoc tasks and administrative duties as required to support the Treasury and FI Department’s operational and strategic objectives.

Education & Special Training

• Bachelor in Banking and Finance, Business Management or another related field.
• Implementation of Banking and Finance, Business Management, Marketing & Communication, or Public Relations courses.

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in the banking sector, financial institutions, or the related industries.

Languages

• Proficiency in English
• Thai or Chinese as an advantage
