Lead, schedule, and supervise daily activities of FTTH last-mile field technicians and third-party service providers (LSPs), ensuring effective manpower utilization, productivity, service quality, and SLA compliance.

Dispatch and coordinate FTTH field teams for installation, restoration, relocation, and maintenance activities based on priority, SLA, geographical location, and technicians availability.

Ensure field operations meet agreed customer SLAs, productivity, quality, and operational targets.

Monitor technician and LSP performance, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement and escalate persistent performance issues to management.

Review field operations based on priority, SLA requirements, location, and manpower availability.

Monitor material usage against installation and fault volumes and identify abnormal consumption, wastage, or loss.

Coordinate with warehouse and relevant teams to ensure timely availability and distribution of materials for field operations.

Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to HODs and Management.

Utilize workforce management, ticketing, and operational reporting systems to monitor and improve field performance.

Experience in FTTH, telecom, ISP, or field service operations.

Strong experience in field team coordination and workforce management.

Experience managing third-party contractors / LSPs is highly preferred.

Good understanding of FTTH installation, fault restoration, relocation, and maintenance operations.

Strong problem-solving, communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Comfortable working with ticketing, workforce management, and operational reporting systems.

Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment and make effective decisions under pressure.
