• Manage the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS and relevant regulations. 

• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes. 

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. 

• Develop and implement process alignment to improve operational efficiency. 

• Coordinate internal and external audits and liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion. 

• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. 

• Other Ad hoc as required 

Business Partnering 

• Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with all senior management and their team 

• Support business planning by providing financial analysis and modelling. 

• Identify and measure key successful drivers. 

• Advise and work with business partners for process improvement. 

• Responsible for providing accurate and timely finance information. 

• Deep-dive analysis from time to time to understand the company’s performance and improve. 

• Contributing to ad hoc financial projects as required as part of the overall finance function. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or ACCA preferred. 

• Key skills: Effective communications at all levels, Influencing and Leaderships  

• 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience 

• Proficiency in accounting software (especially SAP or ERP system) and advanced Excel skills. 

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. 

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
