Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for senior management and Board Committees.

Analyze balance sheet movements, including loans, deposits, investments, and borrowings.

Identify key drivers of changes in profitability and balance sheet performance.

Prepare short-term and long-term balance sheet forecasts.

Support budgeting and financial planning processes.

Conduct variance analysis between actual results, budget, and forecast.

Assist in preparing stress testing and scenario analysis.

Monitor liquidity positions and funding gaps.

Analyze deposit and loan portfolio trends.

Support liquidity stress testing and contingency funding planning.

Prepare regulatory liquidity reports as required.

Develop and maintain financial dashboards and management reports.

Automate reporting processes using Excel, Power BI or other reporting tools.

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of reported data.

Support strategic initiatives related to funding, pricing, and capital management.

Prepare presentations and analysis for ALCO, Executive Committee, and Board meetings.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking, Statistics, or related fields.

Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CFA, FRM, or equivalent are preferred.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Financial Modelling).

2–5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Financial Planning & Analysis, Risk Management Banking and Finance.
