  • Handle and assess requests from regulators and law enforcement authorities, including account freezing/unfreezing, customer information disclosure, and transaction investigations.
  • Review legal and regulatory documents to determine appropriate actions and ensure timely case processing.
  • Conduct account screening and identify customer relationships, banking activities, and transaction records.
  • Retrieve, verify, and analyze customer KYC information, account records, and transaction histories.
  • Coordinate with business units and support functions to obtain relevant documents and investigation evidence.
  • Prepare case summaries, investigation reports, management updates, and official correspondence.
  • Maintain complete and accurate case records while ensuring information confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and financial crime prevention requirements.
  • Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders, regulators, and law enforcement agencies to support case resolution.

  • Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Compliance, Financial Crime Compliance, AML/CFT, Banking Operations, Risk Management, Regulatory Reporting, or related banking functions.
  • Experience handling regulatory inquiries, law enforcement requests, account investigations, or financial crime cases is preferred.
  • Good understanding of banking operations, customer onboarding, KYC, customer due diligence, and transaction monitoring.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations, financial crime prevention frameworks, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience using Core Banking Systems and retrieving customer and transaction data.
  • Strong analytical, investigation, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
