Key Responsibilities

Costing & Inventory Management (Manufacturing Focus in FMCG)

Develop and maintain robust standard costing systems (BOM, Overhead allocation, Labor costing).

Conduct regular variance analysis (Actual vs. Standard) to identify production inefficiencies.

Oversee inventory valuation, stock reconciliation, and analyze the impact of raw material/utility cost fluctuations on margins.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

Produce accurate monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements in compliance with IAS/IFRS.

Provide management with deep-dive analysis on profitability, cost structures, and KPIs.

Budgeting & Forecasting

Lead the annual budgeting process and implement rolling forecasts.

Monitor departmental budget performance and provide actionable recommendations.

Compliance, Risk & Internal Controls

Ensure strict compliance with tax regulations and statutory reporting.

Design and enforce internal control systems to prevent fraud and safeguard assets.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA) is highly preferred.

- 8–10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.

- Proven experience in Manufacturing Costing is mandatory and more preferable experience in FMCG.

- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.

- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
