Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance Management: Systematically manage and oversee routine vehicle inspections and maintenance schedules.Operations Oversight: Supervise driver attendance (clock-in/out), ferry routes (Ferry Way), and ensure strict adherence to company regulations.Financial Control: Calculate and monitor fuel consumption rates and manage budget control effectively.Compliance & Licensing: Manage vehicle licensing renewals and lead the resolution of any administrative or operational issues.Reporting: Prepare and present weekly or monthly reports regarding vehicle repair costs, fuel expenses, and general expenditures.

Education: Must hold any university degree.Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Fleet Management or the Logistics field.Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of vehicle engines and mechanical parts.Computer Skills: Proficient in general computer applications (MS Office, etc.).Driving Ability: Must be able to drive and hold a valid driver’s license.Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal communication.
