  1. Receive, store, issue, and maintain records of office supplies, stationery, and administrative assets.
  2. Monitor stock levels and prepare replenishment requests to avoid shortages.
  3. Conduct periodic inventory counts and reconcile stock records.
  4. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of administrative supplies.
  5. Maintain records of asset issuance and returns to employees.
  6. Prepare inventory and consumption reports for management review.
  7. Coordinate with suppliers regarding deliveries and stock availability.
  8. Keep the store area clean, secure, and compliant with company procedures.
  9. Assist in administrative filing, documentation, and record management when required.
  10. Perform other store and administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or administrative support.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining inventory records.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and move office supplies when required.
  • Honest, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
