A leading Home Center specializing in Construction Materials, Electrical Products, Furniture, and Home Decoration Items is seeking an experienced and capable Manager to lead business setup, operations, and overall management.

1. Business Setup & Development
• Lead and manage new business setup activities and operational planning.
• Develop and implement strategies to support business growth and market expansion.
• Identify opportunities to improve business performance and profitability.
• Establish operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
2. Operations Management
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
• Monitor inventory management, stock control, and product availability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain effective business operations.
3. Sales & Business Performance
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor sales performance and analyze business trends.
• Identify new sales opportunities and customer segments.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained across all departments.
4. Staff Leadership & Management
• Lead, supervise, and motivate employees to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
• Manage recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee development.
• Foster a positive, productive, and results-oriented work environment.
• Resolve employee issues and support team collaboration.
5. Reporting & Strategic Planning
• Prepare operational and sales performance reports for management.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvement initiatives.
• Participate in strategic planning and business decision-making processes.
• Monitor budgets and control operational expenses effectively.

• Male or Female, aged between 35 and 45 years.
• Proven experience as a Manager in Retail, Home Center, Construction Materials, Electrical Products, Furniture, or related industries.
• Strong experience in Business Setup, Operations Management, and Staff Management.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and lead sales initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
