• Negotiate major contracts and commercial agreements.

Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Manage inventory, procurement, supply chain, and logistics activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and services while maintaining quality standards.
• Implement process improvements and operational best practices.

Financial Management

• Prepare and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor business performance, sales reports, expenses, and profitability.
• Ensure cost control measures and maximize return on investment.
• Present business performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and motivate department managers and staff.
• Establish performance objectives and conduct regular evaluations.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Identify training and development needs within the organization.

Customer & Brand Management

• Ensure exceptional customer experience and service quality.
• Strengthen brand positioning and market visibility.
• Resolve high-level customer concerns and business issues effectively.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
• Maintain health, safety, and ethical business standards.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Interior Design, or a related field.
• MBA or Master's Degree is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 8–12 years of progressive management experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership or General Manager role.
• Experience in Interior Design, Furniture, Cosmetics, FMCG, Retail, Distribution, or related industries is highly preferred.
