  • Design and create a high volume of assets for social media, including posts, stories, cover photos, and digital ad campaigns (primarily for Facebook and Instagram).

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand requirements and translate concepts into compelling visual designs.

  • Ensure all graphics adhere to the company's brand guidelines (logos, colors, fonts).

  • Receive and incorporate feedback from the Head of Department to refine designs.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media design trends and best practices.

  • Assist with other marketing design assets as needed (e.g., website banners, simple graphics).

  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is essential.

    • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.

    • High level of creativity and strong attention to detail.

    • Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
