Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in the travel and tour industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong background in social media content, offline/online designs, video editing, and animation. As part of our remote team, you will play a crucial role in bringing travel destinations, tours, and experiences to life through visually stunning content that resonates with our audience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, on-brand visual designs across print, digital, social media, web, and marketing platforms.

• Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, posters, flyers, promotional collaterals, and digital campaign assets.

• Create engaging social media content, including static visuals, short-form videos, reels, and motion graphics optimized for various platforms.

• Edit videos for social media, websites, and digital advertising, including basic animation and motion graphics.

• Utilize AI-powered creative tools to enhance content creation, design variations, and creative ideation.

• Support seasonal campaigns, promotional activities, and travel-related projects with impactful visual storytelling across online and offline channels.

• Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials and communication touchpoints.

• Apply innovative and creative design solutions while adhering to established brand guidelines.

• Collaborate closely with the Creative Content and Operations teams to develop creative assets and campaign materials.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, including printing and production suppliers, to ensure smooth project execution.

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced remote working environment without compromising quality.

• Support the Operations team and contribute as a proactive, reliable, and collaborative team member.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design and short-form video creation for social media platforms.

• Proven experience in creating promotional materials, social media visuals, and digital marketing content.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, and short-form content production is an advantage.

• Creative and conceptual thinker with strong understanding of current design trends and audience engagement strategies.

• Experience working remotely and managing multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.

• Open to feedback and able to revise designs according to project requirements and brand direction.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Must possess a reliable laptop and stable internet connection for remote work arrangements.
