Oversee, review, and adhere to the budgets for each business department
Assist in company-wide budgetary planning
Ensure that all of the company's financial practices are in line in statutory regulations and legislation
Analyze the financial climate and market trends to assist senior executives in creating strategic plans for the future
Provide strategic financial planning advice to upper management for long-term growth
Involve in month-end and year-end closing process
Ensure that Myanmar Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and IFRS requirements are met
Ensure tax compliance (income, withholding taxes, employer taxes, property taxes, Commercial taxes and any other applicable taxes, etc.)
Contract auditing services to ensure financial monitoring is up-to-date
Review company financial reports and seek out methods and practices to minimize financial risk and to reduce costs
Update and implement financial policies and procedures and maintain a policy manual for the finance department.

B.Com/CPA/ACCA or advanced degree in accounting, business , finance or related field, MBA in Finance is preferred
Over 10 years’ experience in Finance function in Large or middle sized organization
Over 5 years’ experience in banking or fin-tech industry
IFRS knowledge is a must
Strong skills and knowledge in Accounting and Finance Theories
Excellent mathematical skills; leadership skills and superior attention to detail
Strong management experience; integrity; honesty and understanding of data privacy standards
Exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal thorough understanding of business principles and practices
Strong organizational skills; planning skills; problem-solving skills; research skills; analytical skills; critical thinking skills; computer skills; multi-tasking skills
Fluent in English.
