• Need to work closely with, and report directly to the Principal and the Board of Directors.
• Work the school as a whole and will facilitate communication, building consensus among the teachers, the staff, families, and Board
• Shall have a larger vision for the future direction of the school while continuing to support and encourage the preservation of the mission/vision/values philosophy throughout the school
• Provide regular feedback on the strategic and operational performance and priorities of the campus and drive a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
• Shall have current school Leadership experience 
• A proven ability to mentor and engage a team of professionals
• A passion for organisation and collaboration

Education Qualification 

• Recognised teaching qualification (Bachelors of Education or Masters degree in Education)

• Reliable teaching certificates will be an asset

• Will consider Management Degree holder as an asset

Experience & Qualification

• A minimum three years of successful experience in leading role

• Experience of teaching students from a wide age and ability range

• Knowledge and experience of international curriculum and external examination requirements

• Knowledge and experience of the Myanmar national government curriculum

• Fluency in English language

•  Knowledge of guidance and requirements around safeguarding children 

• Knowledge of effective behaviour management strategies 

• Good ICT skills, particularly using ICT to support learning
