1. OSSD Module Leaders (Subject Specialists)

• Payment: Hourly Rate

• Role Type: Part-time 

Available Subjects:

• Sciences: Grade 12 Biology (SBI4U), Chemistry (SCH4U), Physics (SPH4U)

• Mathematics: Data Management (MDM4U), Advanced Functions (MHF4U), Calculus & Vectors (MCV4U)

• English: Grade 11 English (ENG3U) and Grade 12 English (ENG4U)

• Health & Nutrition: Grade 12 (HFA4U)

Key Responsibilities:.

• Curriculum Delivery: Execute the high-quality instruction, lesson plans, and academic schedules exactly as provided on the Moodle platform.

• Expert Instruction: Provide expert guidance on complex subject matter to help students navigate the international curriculum requirements.

• Detailed Feedback: Provide comprehensive and constructive feedback on student work, ensuring they understand their strengths and specific areas for improvement.

• Assessment Support: Facilitate assessments as directed by our academic team, ensuring students are thoroughly prepared for external evaluations.

• Standard Compliance: Maintain the academic standards and directions set by our academic team.

2. Assistant Teachers (Student Success Coordinators)

• Payment: Monthly Salary

• Role Type: Full-time/ Part-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Progress Monitoring: Conduct regular progress checks via Moodle to ensure students are staying on track with their coursework.

• Student Support: Engage in one-on-one talks with students to provide motivational support and follow up on pending tasks.

• Academic Assistance: Assist students with assignments and help them navigate academic difficulties or technical hurdles.

• Feedback Loop: Act as the bridge between students and Module Leaders, ensuring no student falls behind.

MODULE LEADERS

• University Degree (MBBS, Engineering, Math, or English) relevant to the subject.

• Prior experience with OSSD, A-Levels, IB, or similar international curricula preferred.

• Ability to strictly follow set academic standards and timelines.

ASSISTANT TEACHERS

• University degree or final-year student with a strong academic record.

• Strong "people skills" with the ability to motivate and mentor students.

• Highly organized with excellent time management.

• Fluent in Burmese and English.
