You will be responsible for set up the standard procedures in order to have the effective working processes and procedures, timely rules and regulations for employees, manage to reduce the waste of budget and manage to use rationally and use effectively of the whole company fixed asset and current asset as the main supporting.

  • Assist with day to day operations of the Admin / HR functions and duty.
  • Perform all the duties and responsibilities of HR such as payroll, training and developments.
  • All license and tax required for office and revenue centers art to be update timely.
  • Manage and give guidelines to support the standard facility.
  • Manage and control the fixed assets register.
  • Prepare in arranging and coordinating for recruitment process.
  • Manage to arrange accommodation.
  • Manage not to exceed the respective budget amount for each account head by checking the monthly expenses.
  • Maintain Employee's Profile Document and other admin Document.
  • Report directly to Manager.

  • Must be graduate.
  • Must be hold HR Diploma or Certificate.
  • 1 Years Experience in admin/HR Field at least.
  • Can use Microsoft Word, Excel , Power Point and etc.
  • Can use Email and Internet.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
