  • Handle employee complaints, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts professionally and confidentially.
  • Communicate company policies, labor laws, rules, regulations, and procedures effectively to employees.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, employee welfare programs, engagement activities.
  • Participate in employee investigations and provide recommendations regarding employee relations matters.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of HR information and documentation.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and cooperate effectively with all departments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with government offices including the Labor Office, Social Security Board (SSB), and Tax Office.
  • Prepare, organize, and submit HR-related documents and reports to government authorities in a timely manner.
  • Participate in labor-related meetings and provide updates and reports to the HR Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, workplace standards, and company policies.
  • Monitor labor law updates and advise management regarding compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate workplace inspections related to safety, sanitation, security, and employee welfare.
  • Support company compliance with employment contracts, attendance regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Support salary reviews, annual increment processes, and benefits administration such as probation pass and annual performance appraisal.
  • Support payroll, attendance, leave, tax, and SSB administration
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes including job posting on job portal website, social media and recruitment agencies, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and evaluate candidates based on qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Perform other HR-related duties assigned by the HR Manager.

  • Previous experience as relevat position.
  • Bachelor’s degree, Diploma or certifications in Human Resource field.
  • At least 1 – 2 years of experience in HR Executive
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Gmail
  • Strong communication skill
  • Intermediate in both Burmese and English
