  • Overview and manage end-to-end HR operations for a group workforce of 100+ employees.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes.
  • Supervise payroll processing, attendance tracking, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
  • Establish and drive Performance Management Systems, including KPIs and appraisal evaluations.
  • Identify training needs and organize learning and development programs to enhance team performance.
  • Handle employee relations, workplace grievances, and disciplinary actions in compliance with company standards.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field (HR Diploma/Professional Certification preferred).
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an HR Manager, ideally within the Aesthetic, Clinic, Retail, or Service industries.
  • Demonstrated experience managing HR operations for a workforce of 100+ employees in a group of companies.
  • In-depth knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law and employment regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and MS Office applications
