Recruitment:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for showroom staff (Sales, Cashiers, Security) and office staff, including strict background checks and guarantor verification.

Payroll & Benefits:

Process monthly payroll, tracking attendance, leaves, overtime (OT), and sales commission/bonuses.

Employee Relations:

Maintain workplace discipline, handle staff grievances, and ensure compliance with Myanmar Labour Law.

Training:

Organize onboarding and training sessions for retail staff on customer service, grooming, and store policies.

Performance Evaluation:

Conduct performance appraisals (KPIs) for probationers and permanent employees.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields (HR Diploma is a plus).
3 to 5 years of HR Management experience (Experience in Retail or Gold industry is highly preferred).
Strong knowledge of Myanmar Labour Law.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and HR Software.
Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
High integrity, honesty, and confidentiality (Mandatory for high-value retail business).
