Job Summary
Dynamic HR Manager role in the automotive sector, leading talent acquisition, training, employee relations, and HR operations to support business growth in Mandalay.

Key Responsibilities
● Plan and manage end-to-end recruitment to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
● Develop and deliver training programs that strengthen skills and support performance.
● Oversee employee relations, address concerns, and promote a positive workplace culture.
● Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are aligned with company standards and labor laws.
● Support performance management, succession planning, and staff development initiatives.
● Prepare HR reports and work closely with department leaders on workforce needs.
