• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on clients’ requirements and project objectives.
• Prepare space planning, layout plans, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring plans, and interior elevations.
• Develop detailed interior design drawings and construction/fit-out drawings.
• Prepare 2D drawings and 3D visualizations/perspectives for client presentations.
• Select and propose suitable materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and decorative elements.
• Prepare material boards, mood boards, and design presentations.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other relevant teams to ensure design requirements are properly implemented on site.
• Conduct site visits and verify site measurements and existing conditions.
• Review shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups to ensure compliance with the approved design.
• Make necessary design revisions based on client feedback and site conditions.
• Ensure all drawings and designs comply with project requirements, specifications, and quality standards.
• Support the project team throughout the design development and fit-out/construction stages.
• Monitor project progress and provide technical/design solutions when required.
• Perform other design-related duties assigned by the management.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in Interior Design, Interior Fit-out, Architecture, or Construction.
• Experience in commercial, residential, office, retail, hospitality, or other fit-out projects is preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D design/rendering software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, or similar.
• Good knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and construction methods.
• Able to read and understand architectural, interior, and construction drawings.
• Good understanding of space planning and interior design principles.
• Strong creativity, design sense, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.
• Portfolio of previous interior design/fit-out projects is required.
• Good command of English is preferred.
