An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Develop and implement the annual internal audit plan.
Lead and conduct operational, financial, compliance, and internal control audits across all business units.
Evaluate business processes, identify risks, and recommend practical improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable laws and regulations.
Review audit findings, prepare audit reports, and present recommendations to Management.
Follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely implementation. Lead, coach, and develop the internal audit team.
Coordinate with external auditors and support special investigations when required.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
CPA, ACCA, CIA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of audit experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management, corporate governance, and audit standards. Experience in manufacturing is highly preferred; exposure to multiple business sectors is an advantage.
Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and report-writing skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Willing to travel to company locations when required.
