  • Establish and maintain Internal Control Charter, Policy, and framework​
  • Perform company-wide risk and control assessments​
  • Document key processes and design preventive controls​
  • Develop and maintain Risk & Control Matrices (RCMs)​
  • Monitor and test control effectiveness​
  • Identify control gaps and follow up on corrective actions​
  • Report significant control issues to Management / MD​
  • Support internal and external audits​
  • Build and lead the Internal Control team​
  • Promote internal control awareness across departments​

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field​
  • 5–8 years’ experience in Internal Control, Internal Audit, or Risk Management​
  • Experience in trading, manufacturing, or export-oriented businesses preferred​
