We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Inventory Controller. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cycle count schedules for warehouses and sub-cons, conducting monthly ground stock taking, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring accurate data updates in the SAP system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory management and possess excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cycle count schedules for Warehouse and Sub-cons.
• Conduct monthly ground stock taking and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels, replenish stock as needed, and prevent overstocking or out-of-stock situations.
• Coordinate the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.
• Track inbound and outbound orders to optimize stock levels.
• Compile monthly reports on cycle counts and variances for all Sub-Cons.
• Maintain updated records of stock take certificates, cycle count reports, and stock adjustments.
• Ensure timely reporting of variances to Finance Managers and completion of stock adjustments before the month-end.
• Responsible for accurate data updates on the SAP system.
• Compile regional order status reports and handle inventory administrative duties.
• Sort, organize, and store inventory in the proper location.
• Report damaged or missing inventory to the Manager.
• Prepare documentation and inventory for audits.
• Verify Final Acceptance Test documents.

• Must have a bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
• Proven experience in telecom industry, inventory control and management.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
• Proficiency in using SAP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
