Main Job Objective

To systematically manage and maintain store operations, material control, and inventory processes at M&E project sites, and to provide effective support for project operations.

Job Scope

English Version

• Responsible for carrying out Store Operations at M&E project sites.
• Manage and control Material Receiving, Issuing, and Stock Control processes in a systematic manner.
• Accurately monitor and maintain store inventory and stock records.
• Coordinate effectively with Project Teams and Site Teams.
• Prepare and submit Store Documentation, Daily Records, and Material Reports.
• Comply with company procedures, rules, and safety processes.
• Perform other store-related duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.

Myanmar Version 

• M&E Site များတွင် Store Operation လုပ်ငန်းများ ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်
• Material Receiving, Issuing, and Stock Control Process များကို စနစ်တကျ စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်
• Store Inventory နှင့် Stock Records များကို တိကျစွာ စစ်ဆေးထိန်းသိမ်းရမည်
• Project Team နှင့် Site Team များနှင့် Coordination ပြုလုပ်ရမည်
• Store Documentation, Daily Records, and Material Reports များကို ပြင်ဆင်တင်ပြရမည်
• Company Procedures, Rules, and Safety Process များအား လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်

• Must have experience in Store Operations within a Construction or M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) environment.
• Must have at least two (2) years of experience as a Store Supervisor.
• Must be proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email.
• Must be willing and able to work at various project/site locations.
• Must be capable of accurately managing store documentation and stock records.
• Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills and be able to coordinate effectively with project teams.

•   Construction သို့မဟုတ် M&E Environment တွင် Store Operation ပိုင်း အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်
•    Store Supervisor အဖြစ် အနည်းဆုံး (၂) နှစ်နှင့်အထက် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်
•    Computer (Word, Excel) နှင့် Email အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်
•    Site တည်ရှိရာ Location များတွင် သွားရောက်လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရမည်
•    Store Documentation နှင့် Stock Records များကို တိကျစွာ စီမံနိုင်ရမည်
