Main Job Objective

M&E Project Site များတွင် Store Operation, Material Control, and Inventory Process များကို စနစ်တကျ စီမံထိန်းသိမ်းပြီး Project Operation များကို Support ပေးရန်။

Job Scope

  • M&E Site များတွင် Store Operation လုပ်ငန်းများ ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်
  • Material Receiving, Issuing, and Stock Control Process များကို စနစ်တကျ စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်
  • Store Inventory နှင့် Stock Records များကို တိကျစွာ စစ်ဆေးထိန်းသိမ်းရမည်
  • Project Team နှင့် Site Team များနှင့် Coordination ပြုလုပ်ရမည်
  • Store Documentation, Daily Records, and Material Reports များကို ပြင်ဆင်တင်ပြရမည်
  • Company Procedures, Rules, and Safety Process များအား လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်
  • Management မှ တာဝန်ပေးအပ်သော Store ဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်းများ ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

•    Construction သို့မဟုတ် M&E Environment တွင် Store Operation ပိုင်း အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်
•    Store Supervisor အဖြစ် အနည်းဆုံး (၂) နှစ်နှင့်အထက် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်
•    Computer (Word, Excel) နှင့် Email အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်
•    Site တည်ရှိရာ Location များတွင် သွားရောက်လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရမည်
•    Store Documentation နှင့် Stock Records များကို တိကျစွာ စီမံနိုင်ရမည်

•    ပေါင်းသင်းဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်ပြီး Project Team များနှင့် Coordination ကောင်းမွန်စွာ လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရမည်
