Provide first-level technical support to staff and students for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, projectors, interactive boards, and other classroom technologies.
Assist in managing user accounts, email systems, and access permissions.
Support school learning platforms and educational software.
Maintain and troubleshoot wired and wireless network connectivity.
Perform routine system updates, backups, and antivirus checks.
Assist with IT inventory management and asset tracking.
Set up IT equipment for school events, examinations, and presentations.
Document technical procedures and support requests.
Ensure compliance with school IT policies, cybersecurity practices, and data protection standards.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
Experience supporting Windows and/or macOS environments.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in English.
