  • Provide first-level technical support to staff and students for hardware, software, and network issues.
     

  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, projectors, interactive boards, and other classroom technologies.
     

  • Assist in managing user accounts, email systems, and access permissions.
     

  • Support school learning platforms and educational software.
     

  • Maintain and troubleshoot wired and wireless network connectivity.
     

  • Perform routine system updates, backups, and antivirus checks.
     

  • Assist with IT inventory management and asset tracking.
     

  • Set up IT equipment for school events, examinations, and presentations.
     

  • Document technical procedures and support requests.
     

  • Ensure compliance with school IT policies, cybersecurity practices, and data protection standards.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
     

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
     

  • Good communication skills in English.
