To coordinate UAT team members and perform UAT for the successful release of new application version in time to meet with end-user requirements

• Specialize in testing and validating that Business requirements have been implemented as required prior to project go-live related with KBZPay mobile apps and web platforms.
• Establish, own and drive UAT testing activities (End to End) from start to finish for projects.
• Lead and manage quality assurance focused UAT test execution events, in alignment with UAT entry/exit criteria, project timeline and resourcing constraints.
• Responsible for UAT planning, test case specification, test execution, defect management and test status reporting activities.
• Recognize and identify areas where UAT processes and procedures need to be changed or developed.
• Training and orienting team members for UAT testing activities.
• Participate in and facilitate post-launch Business verification testing activities for projects, as required.
• Ensuring effective collaboration between Partners, Business, Technology and respective teams.

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology or closely related field
• Solid experience minimum 3 years with software testing and Quality Assurance in Mobile Application/Web Application development.
• Previous experience with fintech solutions (Preferred).
• Business analysis skills including facilitation, process documentation and user acceptance testing.
• Critical Thinking and Analytical Skill.
• Strong organizational/time management skills to prioritize work and meet deadlines within defined timeframes.
• Good diplomacy and professionalism to work cross-functionally with various internal and external stakeholders.
