  1. Project management ( local & global )
  2. Build up relationship with other cross functions and colleagues from other Countries via phone, emails and in person.
  3. Vendor management ( liaising with vendor, technical feedback, checking after sales service and preparing SLA )
  4. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  5. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  6. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  7. Providing technical support across the company ( this may be in person or over the phone )
  8. Setting up accounts for Joiner, Mover and Leaver
  9. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  10. Adapting and implementation of whenever new technology and application is released as per Global Instruction
  11. Assisting to accomplish BCP planning which is including IT Disaster Recovery Plan
  12. Aligning with BAT’ policies, rules and regulation which is included IT security and Record Management
  13. Possibly training more junior staff members
  14. Providing IT awareness session to all users as per business requirement
  15. Maintaining the IT Asset Inventory
  16. Managing the Ticket management which is included critical incident management
  17. Preparing and presenting of power point or excel or other report writing as per business requirement
  18. Assisting to get involved in Yearly budget forecasting.
