English Version 

• Maintain and ensure the smooth operation of computers, printers, networks (Wi-Fi/LAN), and other IT equipment within the office/clinic.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues, as well as system errors, in a timely manner.
• Perform regular data backups and monitor IT security to ensure data protection and system reliability.
• Provide technical support and assistance to colleagues regarding the Clinic Management System and POS (Point of Sale) system whenever required.

• ရုံးတွင်း/Clinic အတွင်းရှိ Computer, Printer, Network (Wi-Fi/LAN) နှင့် IT ပစ္စည်းများ ပုံမှန်ကောင်းမွန်စွာ လည်ပတ်နိုင်ရန် ထိန်းသိမ်းစောင့်ရှောက်ခြင်း။
• Software, Hardware ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ ပြဿနာများနှင့် Error များကို အချိန်မှီ စစ်ဆေးဖြေရှင်းပေးခြင်း။
• Data Backup များ စနစ်တကျပြုလုပ်ခြင်းနှင့် Security ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာများကို စောင့်ကြည့်ခြင်း။
• လိုအပ်ပါက Clinic Management System / POS စနစ်များနှင့် ပတ်သက်၍ လုပ်ဖော်ကိုင်ဖက်များကို ကူညီပံ့ပိုးပေးခြင်း။

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or a relevant Diploma qualification.
• Minimum of 1.5 to 2 years of experience in IT Support, Systems, and Network Administration.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently while remaining calm under pressure.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and maintain positive working relationships.

• IT (သို့) ကွန်ပျူတာတက္ကသိုလ်မှ ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူ သို့မဟုတ် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Diploma ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• IT Support / System & Network ပိုင်းတွင် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၁) နှစ်ခွဲ သို့မဟုတ် (၂) နှစ်ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• ပြဿနာများကို အေးဆေးတည်ငြိမ်စွာနှင့် မြန်ဆန်စွာ ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်စွမ်းရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• အဖွဲအစည်းနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ပြီး ဆက်ဆံရေးပြေပြစ်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
