Provide technical support to end-users and internal teams, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of data center equipment, networking devices, and system infrastructure.
Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Collect statistics and generate regular health check report.
Documentation and inventory updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support IT projects.
Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions.
Must be self-motivated, a team player and demonstrate effective learning skill.
Shift duty in Data Center and network operation when necessary.

Proven experience in IT support, networking, or system administration, depending on the specific team applied for.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with team members and end-users.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, etc.) are a plus.
