Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures that support organizational goals.
Oversee daily IT operations, including network administration, server management, system security, and data backups.
Manage IT projects such as software implementations, infrastructure upgrades, and system integrations.
Ensure data protection, cybersecurity, and compliance with relevant IT standards.
Maintain and manage relationships with IT vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Supervise, train, and support IT staff, ensuring professional growth and high performance.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Prepare and manage IT budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization plans.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Master’s degree or relevant IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CCNA, Microsoft, or AWS) is an advantage.
Minimum of 5 –7 years of progressive experience in IT operations or management roles.
Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity..
Experience in network administration, database management, and ERP systems preferred.
Strong track record of successful IT project implementation.
Strong leadership and people management skills and problem-solving skills.
Strongly experience in power BI usages.
In-depth knowledge of information systems, networks, and security protocols.
Strategic thinking with hands-on technical expertise.
Adaptable to fast-changing technology environments , proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
