  • Provide senior-level IT workplace support to end-users, resolving complex hardware, software, and access-related issues.
  • Act as the escalation point for critical incidents, ensuring timely resolution and high user satisfaction.
  • Manage IT service operations, including incident, request, and problem management in line with SLA requirements.
  • Maintain and support end-user environments such as Windows/macOS systems and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Oversee device lifecycle management, including procurement coordination, deployment, maintenance, and asset tracking.
  • Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup, access control, and device readiness.
  • Enforce endpoint security measures, including patching, antivirus/EDR, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to support network, server, and cloud access issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement, support, and maintenance services.
  • Maintain and update IT documentation, knowledge base, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Contribute to IT Workplace initiatives and projects, such as device standardization, collaboration improvements, user experience enhancements, and process optimization.
  • Assist with cloud services usage (Azure/AWS / M365) from a user-support perspective (accounts, licenses, access issues).

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT Support, Workplace Support, or Helpdesk roles (enterprise environment preferred).
  • Strong hands-on experience in end-user support (L2/L3), including hardware, software, and OS troubleshooting.
  • Proven experience supporting Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and modern workplace tools.
  • Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools and processes (incident, request, problem management).
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) and system environments (user-level server/cloud support).
  • Experience in IT asset management, device lifecycle management, and endpoint security tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple issues under pressure.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is an advantage.
