  • Support remote and on-site staff through phone, chat, or remote desktop tools.
  • Monitor and maintain network connectivity, Wi-Fi access, and endpoint performance.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of IT assets (hardware, software licenses, peripherals).
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems and common software applications.
  • Familiarity with basic network concepts and protocols.
  • Experience with ticketing tool (preferably Atlassian Jira).
  • Troubleshooting experience on Microsoft Office 365.
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
  • Prepare and follow up with the payments related repair/upgrade PCs, Internet bills, Rental fee, and others.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
