Junior Associate (Production Command Centre)

  • Support Planning & Scheduling, Lean Projects, Analysis & Monitoring, and Procurement Support functions.
  • Assist in developing and monitoring production plans aligned with sales forecasts, inventory, and capacity.
  • Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, SMED, waste reduction).
  • Contribute to data analysis, KPI monitoring, and reporting for management decision-making.
  • Workwith cross-functional teams (Processing, Filling, QC, Engineering, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support procurement activities including material requirement forecasts, supplier sourcing, and budget tracking.
