  • Conduct the stock take the under supervision of senior auditor.
  • Review and evaluate the effectiveness of stock taking process and conduct sampling for audit
  • Assignment based on risk base approach.
  • Ensure that audit working papers are adequately prepared and documented.
  • Assist in preparing of certain segment of draft audit report.
  • Ensure that "the written code and description" in stock taken form is consistent with the items.
  • Ensure that the items have correct code or not.
  • Ensure that the items in the selling area are good for selling to customers (i.e. no expiry , good parking)
  • Must follow the stock take SPOs during the stock take.
  • Ensure that counting the stock correctly and properly during the stocks take.
  • Any other duties assigned by Senior Auditor and  Audit Manager.

  • Any graduated or Bachelor degree in B.A(Eco) or B.Com with professional cerification is more preferred.
  • More than 1 year experienced in internal and/or external audit environment, with audit and finance experience for senior audit
  • Knowledge of the requirements for effective report writing.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret policies, procedures, laws, regulations and guidelines
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
