  • Checking and make the petty cash payment.
  • Keep updated and following up the estimate, actual quotation, reports and third party with Internal Team for the clients.
  • Updated Overdue, Outstanding and Bank Payment in Excel.
  • Following up the overdue payment with the clients and prepare the documents to collect the money.
  • Record the service JV and Bank Payment in Tally Software.
  • Prepare required documents for the Audit
  • Prepare the require documents to submit FESC and MTO2 for the foreign payment transfer.
  • Reporting and Assisting to  Seniors.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

  • At Least 1 to 2 years  experience as a Jr. Finance Executive 
  • Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures 
  • Experience using financial software
  • Advanced MS Excel skills 
  • Knowledge of financial regulations
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Intermediate level of written and spoken English.
