We are looking for an accurate and organized Junior Financial Accountant to handle day-to-day statutory accounting entries, accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR), and bank reconciliations using Odoo ERP. You will play a key role in maintaining clean financial records and supporting month-end closing procedures.
ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ နေ့စဉ် ငွေစာရင်းရေးသွင်းမှုများ၊ ရရန်ရှိ/ပေးရန်ရှိ စာရင်းများ (AP/AR)၊ ဘဏ်စာရင်းတိုက်ဆိုင်စစ်ဆေးမှုများနှင့် လစဉ် စာရင်းပိတ်လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို Odoo ERP စနစ် အသုံးပြု၍ တိကျသေချာစွာ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်မည့် အငယ်တန်း ဘဏ္ဍာရေး စာရင်းကိုင် (Junior Financial Accountant) တစ်ဦး အလိုရှိပါသည်။
 

• Ledger Maintenance & Daily Entries: Record daily financial transactions, vendor bills, customer invoices, and petty cash vouchers in Odoo.

• Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP/AR): Reconcile vendor statements, monitor incoming customer payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables.

• Bank & Cash Reconciliation: Perform weekly and month-end bank reconciliations directly inside Odoo to ensure balances tie to bank statements.

• Month-End Closing Assistance: Assist in preparing journal entries for accruals, prepayments, and depreciation schedules.
   

• နေ့စဉ် ငွေစာရင်းရေးသွင်းခြင်း - ဝယ်ယူမှုဘောက်ချာများ၊ အရောင်းဘေလ်များ၊ နေ့စဉ် အသုံးစရိတ် (Petty Cash) နှင့် ဂျာနယ်စာရင်းများကို Odoo စနစ်ထဲသို့ စနစ်တကျ ရေးသွင်းရန်။

• ရရန်ရှိ/ပေးရန်ရှိ စာရင်းများ စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း (AP/AR) - ပစ္စည်းပေးသွင်းသူများ၏ စာရင်းများနှင့် ဝယ်ယူသူများထံမှ ရရန်ရှိသည့် ငွေစာရင်းများကို စစ်ဆေးတိုက်ဆိုင်ပြီး အချိန်မီ ကောက်ခံ/ပေးချေနိုင်ရန် စီစဉ်ရန်။

• ဘဏ်နှင့် ငွေစာရင်း ညှိနှိုင်းစစ်ဆေးခြင်း (Bank Reconciliation) - Odoo အတွင်းရှိ ဘဏ်စာရင်းများနှင့် လက်တွေ့ဘဏ်ရှင်းတမ်း (Bank Statement) များကို ပုံမှန်တိုက်ဆိုင်စစ်ဆေးရန်။

• လချုပ်စာရင်းပိတ်ရာတွင် ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း - ကြိုတင်ပေးငွေ၊ ပေးရန်ကျန်ငွေ (Accruals & Prepayments) နှင့် တန်ဖိုးလျော့တွက်ချက်မှု (Depreciation) ဂျာနယ်စာရင်းများကို ကြီးကြပ်သူနှင့်အတူ ပြုစုရန်။

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce (B.Com), or LCCI Level 3 / ACCA foundation.

• 1–2 years of accounting experience in day-to-day bookkeeping or financial accounting.

• Proven familiarity with Odoo ERP (specifically Invoicing, Accounting, and Bank Reconciliation modules).
   

• B.Com၊ စာရင်းကိုင်ဘွဲ့ သို့မဟုတ် LCCI Level 3 / ACCA အခြေခံပြီးမြောက်ထားသူ။

• ဘဏ္ဍာရေးနှင့် စာရင်းကိုင်လုပ်ငန်းနယ်ပယ်တွင် လုပ်သက် (၁) နှစ်မှ (၂) နှစ်အထိ ရှိသူ။

• Odoo ERP စနစ် (Invoicing, Accounting, Bank Reconciliation) အသုံးပြုဖူးသည့် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်။

• Debit/Credit သဘောတရားများနှင့် အခြေခံ အခွန်စည်းမျဉ်းများကို သေချာစွာ နားလည်ထားသူ။
