The Business Solution Specialist (Digital Banking) supports the analysis, design, and implementation of digital banking solutions. Assists in requirement gathering, process documentation, UAT execution, and issue resolution. Works with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and ensure seamless system integration while contributing to project execution and continuous improvement.

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements by coordinating with business and IT teams.
  • Support the development and enhancement of Digital Banking products and features.
  • Prepare Process Flow Diagrams, BRDs, and SOPs under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by executing test cases, recording test results, and assisting in test documentation.
  • Provide second-level troubleshooting support for digital banking applications and escalate complex issues to senior team members.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of digital banking solutions.
  • Assist in training end-users on new features and preparing user manuals.
  • Track project progress and provide updates to senior team members and management.

•  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent education and related experiences
• Prefer 1-2 years of experiences in Digital Banking, Business Analysis, or a related field.
•  Basic understanding of digital banking systems and financial services.
• Familiarity with UAT execution, requirement gathering, and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and quick to learn.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
