  • Be accountable for building relationships and managing customer needs for JICA loans portfolio of up-to 500 million MMK small-to-medium enterprise business customers
  • Provide loans for all business needs –capital investment
  • Cross-Sell MCB’s financial products and provide professional financial advice by meeting with customers and deepen customer relationships through quality needs-based conversations
  • Understand the local business market by providing advice based on local and business knowledge
  • Talk to local businesses to understand their customer base, business drivers, trends etc. Build business acumen and provide advice based on individual customer needs identified and met
  • Provide tailored made solutions on capital investment needs; Cross sell trade services – letters of credit, guarantees, and cross sell retail solutions for employees
  • Credit appraisal, documentations, collaterals as per MCB process and CBM guidelines
  • Makes site visits in providing quality JICA (TSL) loans
  • Submits to CRO, BOD and Credit Committee, gets their approvals and sends to PMU (NPT).
  • Monitor and ensures the monthly and quarterly repayments of interests.
  • Checks and keeps Documents. Asks for and checks up-dates for yearly Renewal matters
  • Checks and answers for the documents requested by PMU, CBM, Internal Audit and External Audit.
  • Conducts knowledge sharing with colleagues and juniors with the aim of developing working performances.
  • Contacts with all MCB branches, and makes them knows and conducts all activities at SME Departments and products.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

  • Bachelor Degree in Business/ Finance or Any degree with relevant diploma
  • MBA is preferable.
  • Working understanding of loans, credit appraisal for SME.
  • Ability to bring in and win new business.
  • 12 years’ experience including in leadership roles SME specialist
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of credit issues including technical ability to analyse and interpret financial statements
  • Sales experience including the ability to negotiate and influence
  • Good personality and networking
