3 Duty & Task Requirement: 1. Survey Market data and location.
2. Conduct meeting with local authority to collect secondary data.
3. Perform village meeting where FFMCL products are being showcased.
4. Undertake meeting with interested customer and do the customer list
5. Visit customer’s house and collect KYC documents, gather sourcing data, create prospect including biometric capture and de-duplication check
6. Collect data for Loan Application when house visit
7. Carry out residence contact point verification (CPV) and business CPV after that do reference check
8. Facilitate group formation activities by the interested customers under the guidance of BM
9. Undertake Compulsory Group Training (CGT) for newly formed groups and customer
10. Prepare and check Group Recognition Test (GRT)
11. Prepare Loan disbursement to customer and make ensure documents & cash disbursement
12. Collect compulsory savings and voluntary saving by each customer
13. Perform loan utilization check, regular visits to customers at their business places, construct strong relationship them and monitor closely loan repayments
14. Monitor and collect 100% loan repayments as per scheduled mentioned in individual repayment schedule.

Responsibilities no. 1 to 2 after set up target & business plan for village / ward under the supervision of Branch Manager

No. 3 to 9 before GRT

No. 10 before Loan disbursement

No. 13 to 14 after loan disbursement

4 Working Conditions: Need to go around the representative township area

5 Equipment Used: Tablet, Bio printer, Calculator, Paper format
