  • Coordinate procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Manage warehouse receiving, storage, and dispatch operations.
  • Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, transport providers, and couriers.
  • Track deliveries and resolve logistics issues promptly.
  • Prepare shipping documents, invoices, purchase orders, and customs documentation.
  • Liaise with suppliers and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and service levels.
  • Monitor logistics costs and recommend process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records using ERP such as SAP A1 or B1.
  • Generate logistics reports and analyze supply chain performance.
  • Collaborate with other operations teams.
  • Use Adobe Photoshop to create or edit product images, shipping labels, packaging artwork, presentations, promotional materials, or other business documents as required.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or procurement operations.
  • Experience with ERP systems SAP is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes.
